OUR MERCHANT SERVICES AGREEMENT

TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site.

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF USE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF USE OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SITE OR DELETE ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions make up the whole agreement between you and us in how you use JJA Business Solutions. If a court decides that a condition is not valid, the rest of the conditions will still apply. The laws of England and Wales apply to your use of JJA Business Solutions and these conditions. We control JJA Business Solutions from within the United Kingdom. However, you can get access to JJA Business Solutions from other places around the world. Although, these places may have different laws from the laws of England and Wales, by using JJA Business Solutions you agree that the laws of England and Wales will apply to everything relating to you using JJA Business Solutions and you agree to keep to these laws. We have the right to take you to court in the country you live in.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and JJA Business Solutions(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of jjabusinesssolutions.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in England and have our registered office at The Brunel Building, 2 Canalside Walk, London, Greater London W2 1DG.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

OUR LIABILITY 

Although we hope JJA Business Solutions will be of interest to users, we accept no liability and offer no warranties or conditions in relation to JJA Business Solutions or its content, to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law. There is no limit to what we and the people who provide our services will be liable for if someone dies or is injured because of our negligence or because we have committed fraud. Under no circumstances will we, the owner or operator of JJA Business Solutions, or any other organisation involved in creating, producing, maintaining or distributing JJA Business Solutions be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of a statutory duty, even if foreseeable, for any loss of:

If we do not keep to these conditions, then we will only be liable for losses you have suffered as a direct result. We are not liable to you for any other losses whether such losses are because we have not kept to our obligations or contract, because of something we have done or not done in negligence, due to defamatory statements or liability for a product or otherwise as a result of:

  1.  use of, or inability to use, JJA Business Solutions;

  2.  use of or reliance on any content displayed on JJA Business Solutions; any mistake, fault, failure to do something, missing information, or virus on JJA Business Solutions or if it does not work properly because of incidents outside of our control such as (but not limited to) interruptions to communication and networks and circumstances beyond our control;

  3.  theft, destruction of information or someone getting access to our records, programs or services without our permission; or

  4. goods, products, services or information received through or advertised on any website which we link to from JJA Business Solutions.
